In my current role as Senior Manager Corporate Development at little BIG hotels, I’m responsible for the strategic expansion of the group and the market positioning of our emerging hotel brand.

My work spans the identification and evaluation of growth opportunities, leading integrations of new hotels into our platform, and ensuring brand alignment across all departments — from HR and legal to sales, revenue, and IT.

Previously, I’ve overseen multiple repositioning projects across Europe, transforming a variety of asset types into hotels. This included working hand-in-hand with investors, property owners, architects, designers, general contractors, operators, and brand partners, across diverse cultural and regulatory contexts.

My background gives me a solid understanding of both development dynamics and operational realities.

Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with renowned hotel brands such as Hilton, Wyndham, Hyatt, IHG, Dorint, and Accor, always from the perspective of a franchisee or operator — which has shaped my pragmatic, brand-aware approach to hospitality strategy.

Beyond my current role, I stay connected to the industry through initiatives like The Hotel Student, where I share insights for the next generation of hoteliers, and Miaraka Hospitality, a project close to my heart that fosters talent exchange and development between Madagascar and the DACH region.
